We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing compounding team. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in preparing customized medications, maintaining quality control, and supporting our pharmacists in ensuring every prescription meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and care.
Assist pharmacists in compounding sterile and non-sterile preparations
Accurately measure, mix, and label medications according to formulations and protocols
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines
Manage and track inventory of raw materials and finished products
Perform data entry, prescription processing, and packaging
Support daily workflow, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of prescriptions
Uphold all state, federal, and company compliance standards
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current Pharmacy Technician license or registration in [State Name]
Previous compounding experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
